1. Two wheels handtrucks

Made of strong and durable tube steel, the 2 wheels handtrucks are very tear and wear resistant. With such simple design it is cheap and easy maintenance. The wheels are usually large and made of rubber so it can roll on uneven surfaces. It can pass ramp or even stairs.

2 wheels handtrucks are quite limited to box type package. Big package should be tide firmly, else it may be dropped during transit. The truck is also limited when using in narrow places, especial in the elevator rooms - you'll have to hold the handtrucks and therefore bear the load for quite a long time. If you release handle to free space the nose plate may damage the floor surfaces.

The convertible type can solve the above problem, however the convertible type is not only more expensive but also quite rare. I can't find any manufacturer or provider of convertible handtruck in Vietnam.

2. Four wheels handtrucks

4 wheels handtrucks are much popular in the market. Thanks to the flat platform, the trucks can carry more packages and deliver much safer. Options: foldable handle, fix handle, multi shelves with steel or plastic body. So it can be easy to suit most needs.

The disadvantages of 4 wheels handtrucks are they are quite limited to even surfaces. On ramps you should be careful not to let the trucks runs wild. And the trucks cannot roll over high height obstacle like stairs, pavement stairs, etc.

A handtruck is a good investment if you plan on lifting heavy objects. Remember that a small load does not always make for a light load. Whether you are lifting or moving a heavy object at home or at work, it is a good idea to use a handtruck. Whenever you think something maybe too heavy to lift. Do not hesitate to use a handtruck. If a handtruck is not available at your work, talk to your employer about getting one. Buying a handtruck will be a lot less expensive than having an injured employee. It is definitely better to be safe than sorry, especially when your health is concerned.
